NextGen Update

Daniel Mansfield reports…

With NextGen groups growing in size and stature all across Australia and a group now established in every state, it’s important your business is represented at this level. We see more and more young people holding prominent positions in the industry and regularly attending NextGen events. Are your young people involved? If not, your business could be missing out on valuable networking opportunities that could potentially increase business.

NextGen members receive a special rate at the NGIA national conference and special rates at some state functions too. The functions are not all work though and most are very social and provide great networking opportunities. NextGen Events are an excellent way for younger people in the industry to meet other like-minded people of the same age holding similar positions. If you have staff under the age of 35 and want to get them involved in NextGen to help develop their careers and your business, then contact your state industry body for further information.

‘The NextGen group is growing the leaders of tomorrow.’
